Frequently Asked Questions about Pearls
About Wholesale Pearl Orders:
1. Is there a minimum price request for wholesale orders? Where will the package be shipped from?
Our wholesale minimum price request is $1000 . After payment has settled and the order is ready to be shipped, it will be sent from our pearl farm directly to you.
2. What is the difference between retail and wholesale?
The products on the wholesale site are almost the same as they are on retail site except for certain items, which have a grade difference, and no free silver chains included between wholesale and retail, but this will be indicated per products descriptions.
Besides meeting our minimum price requirement for wholesale orders, which is originally $1,000 and then $500 after the first purchase, here are some of the major differences between wholesale and retail orders:
-No gift package or certificates will be included in the wholesale order since most of our store owners have their own packages and store names.
-All of our wholesale orders will be sent directly from our partner in China. Please allow at least 7-10 working days, or longer during holiday seasons, for your package to be prepared and shipped.
-Shipping costs will depend upon what kind of shipping method you choose and the weight of the package. You will be paying the actual shipping cost for International Express, SAL, or Air and SEA.
-For our USA customers, we accept credit card, check/money order, Paypal, Google Checkout, West Union, and bank transfers. If you pay for the order by credit card or Paypal, you`ll also need to pay a 3% transaction fee, which is not included in wholesale price. If you pay for the order by bank wire or West Union, you will deduct the wire transfer fee, which you will pay for the bank, at about $50.
-For non-USA customers, we accept credit card, Paypal, West Union and bank transfers. If you pay for the order by credit card or Paypal, you will also need to pay a 4% transaction fee, which is not included in wholesale price. If you pay for the order by bank wire or West Union, you will deduct the wire transfer fee, which you will pay for the bank, at about $50.
-However, bank transfer, West Union or Paypal is REQUIRED for all transactions over $5,000.
3. How much of a discount can I get if I purchase wholesale?
The discount varies depending upon the items you choose. Just to give you a rough range, it`s probably somewhere 25%-50%.
4.What are the options for International Express? Which kind of express mail do you usually use? How much is the postage and how soon will the package arrive? Will I be charged the high import tax?
There are five kinds of Express shipping methods for you to choose from, they are UPS, FedEx, DHL, TNT, or EMS.
TNT is the most common shipping company that we use for our wholesale customers, but if you prefer another company just let us know. Usually, it will be $30 for the first pound then $10 for any additional pound, depending on your shipping country and it will arrive 3-5 days after the date of shipping. By using this shipping method, so far we found that we have never had any wholesalers need to pay for any high taxes or duties, as they have been taken care of.
Pearl Order Process:
5. How do I place the order?
You may place the order directly on-line.
6. What is your return policy for wholesale sales?
For 30 days after the date of your purchase, if you need to return something, please send an email to email@example.com. As long as the items are in their original condition, without any wear or tear and in their original packaging, we will refund you the cost for the products. But if you return to the level below our minimum order size, then we will need to price it back to retail price.
7. I spent a lot of time putting an order together, but then had to go do something else and now it`s gone. How can I get it back?
