When will my order be shipped?
All orders will be shipped within one or two weeks from the date of purchase, depending on the processing conditions.

Delivery time for EMS:
All orders will be received within 3-5 days after the date of shipment, excluding holidays and weekends.
Exception:
If your order is a big and heavy box, and you can wait for two or three weeks, we also offer SAL shipment method. This shipment method would take a little longer time on the way to you, but offers the lowest cost.

Delivery time for SAL:
All orders will be received within 2-3 weeks after the date of shipment.
Good News! If your package is over 20kg, an economical TNT Express offer is available to you! This offer takes only 2-3 days to arrive to your desired destination. Please email us at support@chinadirectpearls.com before you place your order (please do not place and pay for your order online directly). If you do place the order and pay it online, we will reimburse you the balance before we send the package to you.

Delivery time for TNT:
All this shipment orders will be received in only 2-3days, a fast and safe delivery.
Regarding postage for refunds or exchange orders:
If you decided you want to refund or exchange, it will be you (customer) who takes the responsibility for the postage for the package to be sent back to us,
UNLESS:
- We send wrong items to you.
- We send to a wrong address.
Regarding out of stock items to be sent later, we will not charge any additional shipping cost to you. As our sincerest apology for this inconvenience, a nice free pearl gift will be included in your backorder package.
